Frequently asked questions

Please checkout some general FAQs about Google Workspace Free Subscription and our services

What services do you provide?
We provide unused accounts from the Google Workspace Legacy Free Edition. When you purchase an account, your own domain is set as the primary domain, allowing you to send and receive emails using your custom domain. You can also access core Workspace services like Gmail, Drive, and more — without any recurring subscription cost.
How it possible to get free?
The Google Workspace Legacy Free Edition was originally offered by Google many years ago as a lifetime free plan. Although Google no longer provides this plan to new users, older accounts that were created during that period are still active and retain their free status. We are offering such pre-existing unused accounts. Once transferred, you can continue using the services without paying monthly fees, as the account remains under the original legacy free plan.
Can I use my own domain as a primary domain or secondary domain?
Yes, you can use your own domain as both a primary domain and a secondary domain. You can set your domain as the primary domain for your main email usage, or add it as a secondary domain to create additional email addresses. The Google Workspace Legacy Free Edition account we provide gives you full control over domain management, so you can easily add, verify, and manage your domains based on your needs.
So how dose it works and what is the procedure now?
The process is simple and straightforward. First, you purchase the Google Workspace Legacy Free Edition account from us. After that, we will give you full admin access to the account. Then, you can add your own domain and verify it from your domain provider (by adding DNS records). Once the domain is verified, you can set it as your primary domain or use it as a secondary domain. After setup, you can start creating email accounts (like info@yourdomain.com ) and use Gmail and other Workspace services without any monthly cost. We also provide basic guidance during the setup process if needed.
How long the setup process will take?
The setup process is usually quick and can be completed within 15 to 30 minutes. After receiving the account, the main step is adding and verifying your domain (DNS setup), which depends on your domain provider. In most cases, once DNS records are added, verification happens almost instantly, but sometimes it may take a little longer due to DNS propagation. Overall, you can expect everything to be fully ready within a short time.
Is this legal?
This is a sensitive topic. Google Workspace accounts are governed by Google’s official Terms of Service. According to those terms, accounts are generally intended for the original registered user and are not meant to be transferred or resold. So, while legacy accounts may still work technically, transferring or selling them can fall into a gray area and may violate Google’s policies depending on how it is done. For full compliance and long-term safety, it is always recommended to use officially purchased Workspace subscriptions directly from Google or an authorized reseller.
What's the user storage limit?
The storage limit in a Google Workspace Legacy Free Edition account depends on how the account is configured, but generally: Each user originally gets around 15 GB to 30 GB per user storage. This storage is shared across: Gmail Google Drive Google Photos So everything (emails, files, attachments) counts toward the same total storage limit. In many legacy setups, storage is not unlimited, and it works per user or per account depending on admin settings. If multiple users are added under a domain, storage may be shared (pooled), but still limited by the account’s total allocation.
